Pullman Sydney Penrith.

After five years in the making the Pullman Sydney Penrith has opened its doors, offering prestige luxury to its guests, with the first five-star offering within the area. This project required a range of custom bespoke carpets to provide opulent flooring that reflected the cultural inspiration of the project.

Welcoming guests across 153 rooms, conference centre, elite wellness and fitness centre, and two inspiring dining experiences. Located between the hustle and bustle of Sydney’s CBD and the tranquillity of the Blue Mountains, Pullman Sydney Penrith combines the perfect mix of luxe city living with the inspiring floor-to-ceiling views of the Blue Mountains. 

The first five-star hotel within the Penrith area suggests a glimpse of the future high-end developments that are to come within the Western Sydney suburbs. Located within the Penrith Panthers Precinct, ideally situated close to the upcoming Western Sydney International Airport that is under construction.

Pullman Sydney Penrith centres around an overall wellness focus that aims to provide the very best experience tailored to each guests needs. With a sleep therapy menu on offer as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre located on the top floor, boasting inspiring views. The hotel strives to offer a world class experience with exceptional guest service.

The building itself, designed by Turner Studio, was inspired by the Nepean River, with the building structure representing the three-winding bends of the river. Turner were further influenced within their design from local First Nations community, with 8,000 native plants surrounding the building and further elements that encompass the Nepean River and the Blue Mountains that surround the establishment.

Custom Carpet Finishes

Pullman Sydney Penrith required a range of bespoke custom carpets to meet the design brief. A range of broadloom and carpet tile products were selected to meet the specific purpose and design element of each unique space.

Each guestroom features our Oceanic Collection Designer Jet® sheet product – Pearlsa, which draws inspiration from local waterways. This ocean inspired carpet design flows out into the corridors to create an overall seamless design underfoot.

Our custom Designer Jet® carpet has further been implemented through the elevated beverage and dining settings within the Pullman Penrith. Each carpet has been uniquely designed and installed within each dining space to cohesively represent the finishes of each area. From a vibrant red carpet to centre larger dining spaces, to various tartan inspired designs that create bespoke spaces that are perfectly paired with beautiful interior finishes.

Custom Woven carpets have been implemented within the foyer that exude a sense of comfort upon entry, with calming colourways implemented with the carpet design by our in-house design team to perfectly match the interior finishes.
