Here at GH Commercial, we are proud to continue our support of the Architecture and Design 2025 Sustainability Awards for a fourth consecutive year, in the Interior Design category and as a Gold Partner. At GH Commercial, sustainability is not just a value - it’s a commitment. That’s why we’re thrilled to once again stand alongside Australia’s leading advocates for sustainable design, innovation, and environmental leadership in the built environment.
Sustainability Awards – Interior Design
The Sustainability Awards is Australia’s longest running, and most prestigious award program dedicated to acknowledging and celebrating excellence in sustainable design and architecture. With categories spanning commercial, education, and public sector spaces, the awards highlight how thoughtful design and responsible material choices can shape a better future.
The Interior Design category recognises refurbished or reimagined spaces that prioritise sustainability through thoughtful spatial planning, environmentally conscious material selection, and strategies that minimise waste, pollution, and energy use. These projects demonstrate how sustainable thinking can be seamlessly integrated into the transformation of existing interiors.
Sustainability Summit
The Sustainability Summit 2025 returns on 19 November at the Fullerton Hotel, Sydney, with the option to join via live-stream. Explore cutting-edge topics that will shape the future of sustainable design across 10 expert-led panel discussions. Our Chief Sustainability Officer, Lachlan McMurtrie will be joining the Sustainability Summit panel to tackle one of the most pressing issues in the built environment: “The embodied carbon dilemma for commercial buildings: Demolish, Retrofit or Rebuild?”.
